It's already 4:08 on my clock and im still awake. When i had my kids, I realized that sleep was a luxury that is not easy to achieve. You cannot simply assign a particular time when you can have your much needed slumber. You have to wait until your darlings are rested and still-- so you may call it a night. But just as you close your eyes to oblivion a loud wail jolts you back into your senses and before you know it, you are preparing formula for your bunso. That doesn't end there. A typical baby would wake twice or thrice or even more at night. A typical parent would wake up that much too, of course :) That next morning, she'll leave the house for work.. I'll leave it to your imagination how you would paint a sleepless mom who goes to work the next day to deal with accounting entries and numbers. haha!
Okay, so it isn't all motherly obligations i do at night, i admit. There are facebook moments and shop updating. As I'm a Netrepreneur, i do my shop thingy at night AFTER kiddos are out of my keyboards' grasp - meaning they are asleep. On an average, they retire at 11pm. so that leaves me doing my thing at midnight. Talk about a real zombie.
On the other side of the news, i momentarily forgot about this blog. I was checking on my multiply site to figure out how i could import and save loads of my pictures in there. Darn it. Why is everybody closing up? First, i lost tons of pictures at Friendster when they decided to convert to an online gaming site. And now Multiply thinks it would be profitable for them to focus on ecommerce and leave social networking to Facebook! har. So the turn of the century marks the explosion of Online Shopping! Fine with me. My place in the bukid doesnt allow me to shop in malls. So we'll shop on air, er, space?
Back to this blog, it's weird that i only had 2 posts in 3 years span. Procrastinating all this time, eh? Or maybe, i am just too busy to exercise my writing skills. lol. Yes, that should be my most lame excuse. One entry per year. kewl no? Meanwhile, I should go and chase SLEEP before it's gone!
